Paper

The bureau is equipped with a networked automated data capture system designed to scan and process tens of thousands of documents a week. This infrastructure enables us to drive down the costs of manual data entry and speed up the processing of work.

Informed Imaging uses imaging-technology provided by Captiva and by Top Image Systems. Our experienced technical support staff are able to quickly set up and test processing jobs using this software.  As a result we can scan, index, data capture, and process tens of thousands of mixed documents per week using a combination of automation and manual data processing staff.

Our experience technical team can create an application to read your forms and extract the maximum amount of data without operator intervention, maximising speed and accuracy. Where hand writing is present our operators will key from image on the screen to capture the data. A high level of quality control is built into all procedures.

Market research surveys, customer and employee surveys, multiple choice questionnaires, standard forms of many kinds can be used for automated data capture.

Web Surveys

We can design, create, deploy, and host web surveys in multiple languages tailored to meet your specific corporate style. Data is returned in XML or other preferred formats, with tracking services and optional data processing available as needed. Additionally, we can include e-mail ‘blasts’ to your target audience (assumes opted-in e-mail list available) with a personalised invitation letter, URL link, and unique password that will allow you to make a personalised approach to individuals, and to track the identity of the respondent.

Phone Surveys

Informed Imaging offers customised phone-based research in English, French, and German (other languages may be available at the time). We understand the importance of your company image to your customers; therefore, to ensure the very best impressions are created from the outset, our professional bureau staff will work with you to establish a well-rehearsed routine for surveying your audience prior to commencement of the work. Results can be returned in raw format (e.g. spreadsheet) or used to create a comprehensive report.
